The original house was built in 1920 and the modern version was built in 2002, Somehow in 2003, when mother and father of the 42008 were 23 - 24 years old, they moved into the original house and had a first daughter in 2009. In May 2018, they moved out of the house to move into the modern version. The next month, it was later abandoned to rot, just about the time that the original 38397 House collapsed down the cliff on June 17, 2018.
The original house is destroyed in a fire by arson on September 16, 2021.
