38397 House Is A Fictional 3 Story House Located In The Village Of Maroon In The County Of Robloxtopia in the Roblox World The original house was built right by the cliff in 1926, renovated in 1988 and remained standing until it collapsed down the cliff on June 17, 2018. The modern version of the house was built in July 2011.

Early years[]
The original version was built in 1926 as an 2 story house and the modern version is built in 2011 as a 3 story house. Both original and modern house is approximately 100 miles away from both original and modern 60580 Mansion, which the original mansion is caught on fire by arson at approximately 7:00 AM In the morning on May 6, 2022.
On December 28, 1986, The family moved out of the house and somehow was abandoned and unoccupied during the year of 1987.
In September 1987, the renovation of the original house has began and took like 10 months to get it done and became a 3 story house in July 1988.
In 2009, the construction of the modern 38397 House has started. During the construction on November 10, 2010, the daughter child named "38397" was born, her parents were born in 1981. On March 2012, it was announced that the family are moving out of the house. The big moving truck came on August 27, 2012 to pack some stuff from the original 38397 House, therefore, the family took 18 days to pack up.
Move out/Abandonment (2012)[]
On September 14, 2012, The 38397 family moved out of the original house for good, therefore they moved into the modern house, however, 38397's grandparents are living in the modern house.
The original house becomes abandoned again on September 17, 2012, the power remained on. Later on January 2013, keep out signs are posted on the drive that leads to the original house.
On June 22, 2013, the first photograph of the abandoned original 38397 House has been taken.
38397's sister sibling was born on September 1, 2013, just about a year after they moved out of the original house, Later they got 3 cats and 4 dogs as 38397 and her sister sibling's parents have as of December 2013, as of today their pets are still alive, but some will pass away.
The front porch of the original house collapsed on December 17, 2016, then on October 15, 2017, the power is cut off.
Original House In Danger[]
On January 12, 2018, the original house becomes in dangerous due to cliff erosion from rain and snow. since December 2017. Inside of the original house that becomes in danger, there are a bunch of busted and destroyed walls, The toilet and the bathroom sink were also destroyed somewhere on the 1st floor. The cliff was slowly eroding between 2012 and 2017.
During the night June 15 at 10:00 PM of 2018, the great storm which contained extreme rain hit the area of the original house which makes it about to collapse. The cliff started to look worse by the morning of June 16, 2018.

The original house was already tipping as it was seen in the picture of the cliff sinking.
5:05 AM: The house collapses and exterminated
It is smiliar to the houses that were collapsed from unstable cliff of Laguna Niguel In 1998, Ridgemont House collapse in Torquay, United Kingdom during the year of 2013. 2 of the houses in Morris Chapel, Tennessee in February 2020, one house that fell into the Yellowstone River in June 2022, and 2 of these houses collapsed from an unstable cliff in Draper, Utah On April 22, 2023. There is a video of that house falling off the cliff, Nobody was in the house at that time.
Aftermath of the Original 38397 House Destruction[]
As Of June 19, 2018, The remains of the house were full of debris and wood on the sunken unstable cliff.
On June 17, 2020, The memorial park that includes a pavilion, a playground and a swimming pool is opened, to mark 2 years since the orginial house collapse.
To mark 5 years since shortly after the house collapse’s date in 2018, the memorial splash pad is opened in July 2023.

- The original house had the karate room, but the modern house doesn't as it has a family room.
- The original house collapsed on the same day as Father’s Day.
- The original house only has 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms while the modern version has about more than 2 bathrooms and about 5 bedrooms.
- The original house is located north of Robloxtopia. Robloxtopia would be similar to the city of Zootopia.
- The original house collapsed down the cliff just 11 days before DisneyToon Studios closed down.
- An Ni Hao, Kai-Lan photo is inside of the karate room in the original house.
- Sinkholes have been created surrounding the original house from February 2 - June 1, 2018 due to rain and snow.
- The original 38397 House is the only one that collapsed down the cliff in 2018, but somehow another house miles away collapsed down the cliff in 2019.
- The roof for both original and modern 38397 House matches Nina’s (Nina’s World) Skin.
- At the back of the original house in the photo, the doors were left open causing some animals to break in.
- The original house and modern house are in the separate experiences, so the experience of the Maroon Village is expected to be made soon.
